01LOT Academy is operated by 01LOT Markets Ltd., registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14817392). Our registered office is 5 Bishopsgate, Floor 14, London EC2N 3AR.
2. What we provide
Online educational content — video lessons, live classes, quizzes, assignments, certifications, and a community forum. We are an education business. We are not a broker, dealer, custodian, or investment adviser. Nothing in any lesson constitutes financial advice.
3. Account eligibility
You must be 18 or older. The academy is open to learners worldwide.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. We will never ask for your password. Notify us at security@01lotacademy.example if you suspect compromise.
5. Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account — cancellation stops the next charge; the current period stays accessible until it expires.
Refund policy: 30 days from your first paid charge, full refund, no questions, one button in your dashboard. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
6. Educational disclaimer
Trading and investing carry risk. You can lose more than you deposit. Past performance — instructor or student — is not indicative of future results. Examples in our courses use historical or hypothetical data; live execution involves additional friction (spread, slippage, fees, latency) not always reflected in the lesson.
7. Certificates
Our certificates are issued by 01LOT Markets Ltd. and are not equivalent to any government-issued professional licence. Some certificates are aligned with the prep paths of formal certifications (CMT, IMC) but issuance of those certifications is by their respective bodies.
8. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or use academy content to train a machine learning model without our written consent. You may use lesson takeaways in your own trading, writing, or teaching.
9. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn 25% recurring on referred subscriptions for 12 months. Payouts in crypto (USDC, USDT) or bank transfer. Self-referrals and fraudulent traffic disqualify the affiliate and forfeit accumulated balance.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated terms violations (sharing credentials, scraping, abuse of staff). Subscriptions are refunded pro-rata if terminated by us without cause.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in the courts of London.
12. Changes
We post changes here with the date at the top. Material changes (price, refund window) are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
